Focus on coordination of wine grape varieties and herbs
ワインの葡萄品種とハーブのコーディネートをフォーカス
We will continue to explore grape varieties that transcend national boundaries. Compare wines of the same variety, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling, in the New World and the Old World. Terroir We will learn in a discussion format how the characteristics of the varieties differ when they are made in different lands. We will coordinate the table according to the wine variety, and in addition, consider the coordination of the incense. The focus of this class is to carry out total coordination, focusing on grape varieties.
